After-Sale is an opportunity to purchase selected unsold works from the auction at their minimum bid price.

• Please note that a buyer’s premium will still apply.
• The after-sale is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.

🗳️How to Purchase

Please login from the "Login" page.

Purchase can be made from each artwork’s page. Review the work information and press the "Purchase" button to make your purchase.

[Key After-Sale Information]

• After-sale Price: Minimum bid price at the auction.
• Remaining Time: The time left until the after-sale ends. </aside>

<aside> ✅ STEP 3

You will then be asked to specify your preferred method of receiving the lot.

*In principle, works won at auction and works purchased at the after-sale will be delivered according to the same specified details. If the specifications differ between the auction and the after-sale, the specifications for the after-sale will take priority.

<aside> 📦 You can choose from the following three methods of receipt.

1. Ship to registered Address
2. Ship to a Different Address（please specify separately）
3. Pick Up at Kashima Arts

Note: The shipping fee should be borne by the customer.

You may also specify your preferred date and time for receiving your item(s).

Note: For bank transfer, please make payment at least 2 business days prior to your desired delivery date.

[Important notes regarding collection]

• The lot(s) will be sent to you once your payment has been confirmed.
• If you win multiple works, they will, in principle, be delivered according to the same specified details.
• Please note that shipping large works such as folding screens will incur higher shipping costs than usual.
• If payment is made by bank transfer, the lot will be shipped on the next business day or later due to the need to confirm your payment. (If payment is made on Saturday, the lot will be shipped on Monday or later.)
• If no desired delivery date is specified, your lot will be shipped on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that depending on the situation, you may have to wait up to a week after payment. </aside>

Click "Confirm Purchase" to finalize your purchase.

Note: Once confirmed, your purchase cannot be cancelled. Please carefully review your purchase before confirming.

<aside> ✅ STEP 5

Following your purchase, your purchase details will be added to the "Payment Logs" in the Menu.

After logging in, go to the "Payment Logs" and open the details page for the relevant auction. Please confirm the details and make your payment by the due date.

*If you have won a work at auction, your bill will be the sum of the amount you won at auction and the amount you purchased at the after-sale.
