1. Confirmation of Winning Bid

We will open the bids and notify all participants of the results via email (or postal mail) within three business days after the auction closes. The results for all lots will also be published on our website.

Please note: Emails will be sent from [email protected] (automated address only)

• You can also check your personal bidding results by logging into your account and visiting the “Purchase History” page.
• Final results for all lots will be posted on the “Auction Schedule” page. Please note that the public display will only be available for approximately one week.
• For MEGURU Online, results are confirmed immediately at the close of the auction.

2. Confirmation of Invoice

Your final invoice will be confirmed along with the auction result notification. After logging in, you can view the invoice details by selecting “Payment Logs” from the menu and opening the invoice page for the respective auction.

3. Payment

Please check the details of your invoice and pay by the due date.

4. Receiving Your Artwork

Once your payment has been confirmed, we will proceed with the delivery of your winning item(s) using your preferred delivery method.
