🗳️Bidding method

This is a silent bid auction. The amount of each bid is confidential, and the winner is determined by the highest bid at the end of the auction.

Note: If multiple bidders have the same highest bid, the successful bidder will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis.

🗳️How to Search for Works

Click on “**Search by Artworks”** in the menu to open the list of works. You can narrow down the list of works using various filters such as keyword, genre, and price.

Search Criteria Options

Keywords	Enter keywords such as the artist’s name or other search terms.	“Ito Jakuchu”

Lot	Please enter the first and last lot numbers you wish to filter.
If the first and last lot numbers are the same, only that specific lot will be displayed.	300 ~ 350

Genre	Select the genre you are interested in.

Style	Specify the format, such as “Hanging scroll”, “Framed”, or “Folding screen”.	“Hanging scroll”

Size	Specify the dimensions for Height, Width, and Depth.	Width 60cm ~ 120cm

Sort Order

Sort Order	How to Use
Lot Ascending order	Displays artworks starting from the lowest Lot number.
Lot Descending order	Displays artworks starting from the highest Lot number.
Minimum bid price Ascending order	Displays artworks starting from the lowest minimum bidding price.
Minimum bid price Descending order	Displays artworks starting from the highest minimum bidding price.

🗳️How to Place a Bid

Please login from the “Login” page.

Bidding can be done from each artwork’s page. Review the bidding information and press the “Place a bid” button to place your bid.

【Key Bidding Information】

Minimum Bid Price: The lowest bidding price at the start of the auction.
Remaining Time: The time left until the auction ends. Please note that bidding will no longer be possible once the auction has ended. </aside>

When you click “Bid”, a popup will appear prompting you to enter your bid amount. Please enter your desired bid and click “Next”.

Bid amounts can be adjusted in increments of 1,000 yen.
Bids below the Minimum bid price are not eligible for submission. </aside>

You will then be asked to specify your preferred method of receiving the lot if you win.

Note: The shipping fee should be borne by the customer.

You may also specify your preferred date and time for receiving your item(s).

Note: For bank transfer, please make payment at least 2 business days prior to your desired delivery date.

[Important notes regarding collection]

The lot(s) will be sent to you once your payment has been confirmed.
If you win multiple works, they will, in principle, be delivered according to the same specified details.
Please note that shipping large works such as folding screens will incur higher shipping costs than usual.
If payment is made by bank transfer, the lot will be shipped on the next business day or later due to the need to confirm your payment. (If payment is made on Saturday, the lot will be shipped on Monday or later.)
If no desired delivery date is specified, your lot will be shipped on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that depending on the situation, you may have to wait up to a week after payment. </aside>
